MEET OUR AGENTS

Our Agents Understand The Area Best!
Experience Matters - Established 1990

The proliferation of services that help homebuyers and sellers complete their own real estate transactions is relatively recent, and it may have you wondering whether using a real estate agent is becoming a relic of a bygone era. While doing the work yourself can save you the significant commission rates many real estate agents command, for many, flying solo may not be the way to go--and could end up being more costly than a realtor's commission in the long run. Buying or selling a home is a major financial (and emotional) undertaking.  Having a Real Estate Agent that understands the area trends and what you are up against can be invaluable.  We invite you to meet our agents, we are confident we have the most skilled agents in the Area.

Robert and his wife Donna were born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. They are the proud parents of seven wonderful and extremely talented children. Robert (Rob) became a City of Phoenix Firefighter in 1975 and he retired after 29 years of service as a Fire Captain in 2004.

After their first child was born, Robert and Donna wanted to figure out a way for “Mom” to remain at home full-time, to raise their children. Prior to meeting Donna, Robert worked as a realtor for “Tom Fannin Realty” (which later became Merrill Lynch). Robert’s unique firefighting schedule (one day on and two days off) allowed him to continue his real estate career to provide a secondary means of income for their family. He went on to work for other real estate companies such as Coldwell Banker, and West USA Realty in Phoenix. Robert has more than 44 years of experience as a realtor. He is a multi-million-dollar annual sales producer, and he has helped MANY friends and clients fulfill their real estate goals and dreams.

Throughout their marriage, Rob and Donna longed for the day that they could permanently escape the “rat race” and extreme heat in the “Valley of the Sun.” They both had treasured memories of their childhood experiences at their grandparents’ cabins in Oak Creek Canyon and Cornville Arizona. As Robert approached his retirement from the Phoenix Fire Department, a big decision had to be made: Do they relocate near Flagstaff, Prescott, or Payson? After careful consideration, they chose to move to the Payson area, and it was one of the best decisions they ever made. The drive to Payson from the Valley is short and beautiful. The elevation of Payson is a cool 5000 ft and there are four perfect seasons. Plus, mountain streams, endless hiking trails and six beautiful Rim Lakes are nearby.

It is Robert’s desire to help others find the home of their dreams in this beautiful Paradise known as “The Rim Country.” He is committed to do so through a “low key “/ “no sales pressure” approach. He works diligently to ensure that each transaction has a “happy ending “for his clients. You won’t be disappointed.
